Tiësto wins big at the International Dance Music Awards in Miami!
Last Thursday, the 26th of March, Miami hosted the 24th edition of the annual Winter Music Conference and the International Dance Music Awards. With four awards in the most important categories, Tiësto turned out to the big winner.
The Winter Music Conference in Miami is the annual networking event in the dance music industry and brings together top professionals from all over the world. Highlight of the conference is the event of the International Dance Music Awards.
This year Tiësto turned out to be the big winner during the prestigious awards ceremony. Tiësto won his awards in the categories Best Solo Artist, in which he surpassed established names like Madonna and Britney Spears, Best Global DJ, Best Podcast for his Radio538 show Tiësto’s Club Life and Best Full Length DJ Mix for his double mix compilation ‘In Search of Sunrise 7 – Asia‘. ‘I think it’s wonderful to have won these awards, especially since it’s the fans who voted for me.
